Welcome to the Elizabethtown Area High School's Boys Lacrosse website.
This site is designed to promote better communication among the coaches, players, and parents of the boys lacrosse program at all levels. Ryan Musser Named Head Boys' Lacrosse Coach
Ryan Musser was named head boys' lacrosse coach during the school board's December 17, 2024, regularly scheduled action meeting. A dedicated lacrosse coach and educator with over a decade of experience, Ryan is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field. He brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to his new role.
A former lacrosse player, Ryan played for four years at Lampeter-Strasburg High School, excelling as a defensive player and long-stick midfielder (LSM). His deep understanding of defensive strategies has shaped his coaching philosophy, emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and skill development.
Ryan's coaching career spans eight seasons as an assistant coach, with roles at Oxford Area High School, Kennett High School, Elkton High School, and Elizabethtown Area High School, where he spent five seasons. His focus on defensive coaching and player development has impacted every program he's been a part of.
In addition to coaching, Ryan has been a high school math teacher for 10 years and currently teaches at Elizabethtown Area High School. For the past seven years, he has been committed to helping students excel academically, applying the same dedication to his teaching as he does to coaching.
Ryan Musser is excited to lead the boys' lacrosse program and looks forward to building a culture of excellence both on the field and in the classroom.
