Softball ~ PIAA District 3 playoff game at home.
The softball team has qualified for the PIAA District 3 playoffs! They will host Northern York HS on Monday, May 18th at 6:30pm at the Elizabethtown Borough Park. Tickets can be purchased online.

Football ~ The Iron Bear Gauntlet event.
The football team had a "Support the Bears" at their Iron Bear Gauntlet event on Sunday. Online donations will still be accepted. The proceeds will benefit LVC team summer camp and other program needs. There were 10 activities that 6 teams of football players had to compete in. Leading the teams were G. Shank, P. Watto, K. Eckinger, L. Heckman, N. Lloyd, and O. Lopez.

Track and Field ~ PIAA District 3A 2nd place finish!
Congratulations to Lauren Heinz on her second-place finish in the 400meter run at the PIAA District 3 Championship!
She has qualified for the PIAA State Championship meet!

Riona Popdan 15th place Discus (PR 108-6)
Gabriella Grifone 12th place 3200 Run (11:1793), 1600 20th place.
Big E Booster Club Meetings ~ Wednesday, May 20th.
The EASD athletic Big E Booster Club meets typically on the third Wednesday of every month in the LGI room at Elizabethtown Area High School at 7:00 pm. The club is a non-profit volunteer organization made up of parents and other community members interested in supporting all Elizabethtown High School and Middle School sports. We encourage you to get involved!

Track and Field ~ PIAA District 3 Track and Field Meet.
The PIAA District 3 Track and Field Meet will be held at Seth Grove Stadium Shippensburg University on May 15th-16th. Below are the qualifiers for this meet.
Dante Checco - 800 run
Amann NDikwe - 110 and 300 hurdles
Gabby Grifone -1600 and 3200 run.
Lauren Heinz - 200 and 400 run.

PIAA District 3 Track and Field Championship Time Information.
Track and Field Meet ~ LL League First Place finish!
Congratulations to Jebbeh Ngafua on her 1st place finish in the triple jump in the LL League Track and Field meet at Hempfield on Friday.
Riona Popdan finished 7th in the Discus event.
Gabriella Grifone finished 5th in the 3200 run/8th in the1600 run.
Track and Field Team ~ LL League Boys Hurdles event.
Congratulations to Amann NDikwe on his 2nd place finish in the 300 hurdles. He also placed 3rd place in the 110 hurdles at the LL League Track and Field meet at Hempfield on Friday.
Luke Popdan finished 6th in the Discus event.

Track and Field ~ 4X800 Girls Relay Team
Congratulations to Olivia Black, Jordyn Cronin, Caleigh Troop, and Lottie Silvera on their 5th place finish in the 4X800 Girls relay at the LL League Track and Field meet at Hempfield on Friday.
Collegiate Athletic Recognition.
College Athlete Recognition Day was held in the EAHS auditorium on Wednesday, May 6th.
This event honors their hard work, dedication, and exceptional talent both on and off the field. During the ceremony, each student-athlete was introduced and proudly announced where they will attend college to continue their athletic and academic journey next fall.

2026-2027 Athletic Physicals Information!
EASD is partnering with Penn State Health Sports Medicine to offer athletic physicals for the 2026-27 school year. PIAA Athletic Physicals are available to any EASD athlete planning to participate in a PIAA sport during the 2026-27 school year.
All students must have a completed Section 5 and a blank Section 6 from the PIAA Physical Packet. The PIAA Physical Packet can be found here.
